One of my comfort foods is pasta. I love it. I actually love it more now that I use Banza pasta. Banza pasta is a chickpea pasta that is so much better for you than normal pasta and is an absolute for anyone with celiac disease, like myself. In this recipe I simply cooked the penne Banza pasta al dente and then in a different pan, cooked ground beef with garlic, black pepper, italian seasoning, and a little salt, added a red sauce, and then mixed everything together. It was absolutely delicious. Also very simple and super quick meal. This time I also toasted a split Schär gluten free baguette with butter, garlic, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Enjoy!
